LAGO designs and manufactures modular furniture entirely "Made in Italy" and offers a range of furniture suitable not only for rooms in the home, from bedrooms to living rooms, but also for public spaces such as hotels, restaurants, shops and workplaces. LAGO's innovative design concepts are deeply rooted in the family's traditional craftsmanship since the late nineteenth century. The company was officially founded in 1976 by Giuseppe Lago, but in fact Lago has its roots in the late nineteenth century, when Policarpo Lago, an artisan joiner, worked for the nobility in their villas in Venice and in churches.
